OMEGA Gold Filled / Gold Plated "SPEEDMASTER QUARTZ" Digital Chronograph with Date. Circa 1977. A Very Unusual SPEEDMASTER Series Watch. Ref. 186.0005.
Dial :
The signed and original Grey / Mirror Finished dial which is also the crystal is made out of Sapphire type material which appears to be in MINT condition with no scratch or damage. On the face, it has signed "SPEEDMASTER QUARTZ" in Red. Gold tone Omega signed at 12:00. The face is supposed to be in dark grey but due to the reflection, it is showing in light grey.
Case :
Signed and origial gold filled / stainless steel case appears to be in excellent condition with very minor wear. The watch actually looks like a NEW OLD STOCK as the paper sticker is still attached to the back cover. Signed and original GF bracelet is also in MINT / Like New condition with signed buckle.

Size Measured = 38mm x 34mm (L x W)
Movement :
The digital movement as shown is non-signed but according to my books it is genuine and original and it is known as Cal.1620. Movement appears to be in nice and clean condition.
Remarks :
According to my reference, this is quite an unusual SPEEDMASTER made in the 1977 with quartz movement and it is also the 1st SPEEDMASTER with Quartz movement.
